Friendly check-in, parking on-site. Really tasty and fantastic breakfast and good choice of goodies. Marvellous and top setting in the great area, close to the gondola, the slopes of Shiga Kogen, and the bus station.

The breakfast here is awesome, offering a wide selection of local dishes. They have around 20 different types of Japanese pickles, including some unique ones like grasshoppers. 🍳 the rooms are spacious and come with a private bathroom. There's also a cool bar area to hang out in.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is unbeatable. It is situated just below the Giant ski lift, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and snowboarding. You can literally ski in and ski out, which saves so much time and effort. Secondly, the staff here are amazing. They are so friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Finally, the rooms have a great view over the mountain. Waking up to see the slopes and the beautiful scenery is such a treat. Plus, having a private toilet in the room is a nice touch.
No complaints, everything was perfect!

Great ski in ski out location in a beautiful mountain setting. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering pick up and drop off services at the nearby bus terminal. The homemade pastries and warm Onsen were a highlight.
Lack of dining options nearby made it difficult for those looking for variety in meals. Sleeping on the floor was uncomfortable for some guests, and the rental gear could use an upgrade.

clean and pleasant accommodation - great location with easy access to the whole Shiga-Kogen ski area - friendly and helpful staff - loved the onsen in the basement - excellent homemade food - enjoyed the convenience of being driven to the ski shuttle bus route and having pick-ups back to the hotel
would be happy to recommend

Located near the famous snow monkey park and right on the slopes of Shiga Kogen, this hotel offers a convenient location for both skiing and sightseeing. The rooms with tatami mats and futons are warm and comfortable while the dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Guests can also enjoy private onsen baths and great ski hire on-site.
The hotel might be a bit run down and isolated, and there are no shuttle services to other parts of Shiga Kogen.
